I already had all the ingredients except for two: corn flakes and almond slices. BUT...don't be alarmed because I did just so happen to have Fiber One...WITH ALMONDS! I substituted this instead of the corn flakes and it was awesome.
In preparation for a week in the mountains I made this yummy peanut butter popcorn for our trip:
I'd never made popcorn on the stove before and it was a lot easier than I anticipated. Also, there were almost NO un-popped kernels, unlike the packaged popcorn bags. I tried a few pieces and it's very yummy as well.
What do 'all have going on this weekend? Any special fall activities?
