So, this weekend was a busy one! Instead of going yardsaling on Saturday I decided to join in the fun with Tim and Christine and sell some of our stuff at theirs. It was such a good idea! We had fun and make some extra cash too, as well as got rid of some of our junk. I spend Friday afternoon, sorting and pricing and then the yard sale was on Saturday from 8-2. John spent the time that Lilly and I were at the yard sale tilling the front yard.
Tip of the day: Sunscreen is an important must have when being outside for 6 hours... oh well, I'll definitely remember next time.
On Sunday, after church, we went to Dockside in VA Beach to have lunch
with my parents, cousins, aunt and Grandma. They have such great seafood
there! On Saturday evening John and I went to Lowe's and bought a new
grill (see picture)
We are in the process of redoing our yard and adding a patio and since our current grill was pulled from a trash pile and has definitely seen better days, we thought it would be nice to kick of grilling season with a new grill. John spent a few hours after lunch on Sunday putting the grill together and then we had burgers at a friends house for dinner.
